Aujourd’hui est un jour sombre pour l’ex président des États-unis ainsi que les proches de sa première épouse Ivana Trump qui a rendu son dernier souffle ce jeudi 14 juillet, a annoncé Donald Trump.
Ivana Trump, la première femme de l’ancien président américain et mère de trois de ses enfants, est passé à l’autre bord à l’âge de 73 ans. D’origine tchèque, elle était mannequin, entrepreneuse, skieuse, romancière, écrivaine, designeuse. Ils s’étaient mariés en 1977 et divorcés en 1992 et ont eu 3 trois enfants.
« Je suis très triste d’annoncer à tous ceux qui l’aimaient, et ils étaient nombreux, qu’Ivana Trump est morte chez elle à New York », a écrit Donald Trump sur son réseau social, Truth Social.
« Sa fierté et sa joie venaient de ses trois enfants, Donald Jr, Ivanka et Eric », a-t-il déclaré.
« Notre mère était une femme incroyable », a précisé la famille Trump dans un communiqué, cité par plusieurs médias américains.
Après un appel d’urgence, la police de New York s’est rendue chez elle et selon leur constat, la mort d’Ivana ne semble pas être d’origine criminelle.
