Incapable de poser la moindre action contre les gangs armés sur le territoire national.Le ministre de la justice et de la sécurité publique, Rockfeller Vincent, a finalement autorisé la délocalisation du palais de justice situé au Bicentenaire, pris en otage par des gangs armés depuis quelques temps.
Le cri des personnalités notamment les avocats qui ont demandé la délocalisation du Palais de Justice de Port-au-Prince semble enfin arrivé dans les oreilles du ministre de la justice. En effet, dans un tweet, de ce vendredi 20 août 2021, le titulaire du MJSP en a fait l’annonce, le Palais de Justice est autorisé à délocaliser.
« Le MJSP vient d’autoriser la délocalisation provisoire du Palais de justice. Nous sommes en pourparlers avec nos partenaires techniques et financiers pour le financement et la mise en œuvre rapide du projet, pour renforcer l’accès à la justice », a twitté le ministre de la justice et de la sécurité publique, Me Rockefeller Vincent.
