Toujours en vue de leur permettre de faire face à la hausse des prix des produits dans le pays », a-t-il poursuivi .
Le gouvernement a renouvelé son engagement à continuer à fournir une assistance à la population, en particulier les plus vulnérables. En ce sens, le Ministre Pierre Ricot Odney a indiqué qu’un prêt ouvrier sera désormais disponible à l’Office National d’Assurance Vieillesse (ONA) dans les prochains jours.
Le titulaire du ministère des Affaires Sociales et du Travail a annoncé que le gouvernement va renforcer le Conseil Supérieur des Salaires pour le rendre plus dynamique. » L’idée est de fixer le salaire minimum à chaque exercice fiscal ou quand le taux d’inflation dépasse les 10 pour cent », a-t-il ajouté .
Entre temps, les ouvriers insatisfaits des nouveaux ajustements salariaux annoncent la poursuite de leur mouvement de revendications exigeant 1500 gourdes de salaire de base.
