Le 17 octobre dernier, l’ancienne première dame Martine Moïse a utilisé le quinzième anniversaire du fondateur de la patrie, Jean-Jacques comme prétexte pour exiger justice pour Jovenel Moïse.
Dans un discours pré-enregistré, Martine Moïse a fait l’éloge de Jean-Jacques Dessalines assassiné parce qu’il voulait plus de justice sociale, plus d’égalité. Martine Moïse a souligné le fait que le nom de Dessalines a été occulté pendant près de soixante ans après son assassinat et que sa femme, ses enfants et partisans ont dû se cacher. Celle qui s’est déclarée candidate aux prochaines élections présidentielles estime qu’on a rien appris de la mort de Dessalines et c’est pour cela que le même destin a été infligé à son défunt mari président.
Jovenel Moïse est mort comme Dessalines, croit Martine Moïse. “Electrifier le pays, favoriser la méritocratie au sein de l’administration publique, encourager l’initiative entrepreneuriale, construire des routes, empêcher aux pilleurs de prendre l’Etat haïtien pour une vache à lait […], Est-ce un péché mortel que de vouloir le bien pour son pays”, a martelé Martine.
Si Jovenel Moïse a été descendu comme Dessalines, Martine jure que la vision de son époux continuera à germer. Elle ne va pas se cacher, dit-elle. Rien ne va l’empêcher de demander justice pour son mari et de continuer l’oeuvre de ce dernier. “Les persécutions politiques, m’appeler sans arrêt devant des juges ne me fera pas reculer”, a déclaré l’ancienne première dame.
