Alors que le chef du parquet de Port-au-Prince a demandé ce mardi au juge enquêtant sur l’assassinat du président Jovenel Moïse d’inculper le Premier ministre Ariel Henry, affirmant que des relevés téléphoniques montrent qu’il s’est entretenu à deux reprises avec l’un des principaux suspects. Le premier ministre Ariel Henry a décidé de révoquer le commissaire du gouvernement Me Berd-Ford Claude.
La lettre de révocation du commissaire est datée du 13 septembre 2021 soit 24 heures avant que ce dernier ait pris une mesure d’interdiction de départ contre le chef du gouvernement.
Par ailleurs, Frantz Louis Juste est le nouveau commissaire du gouvernement de Port-au-Prince.
Soulignons que Me.Berd- Ford Claude a été révoqué pour faute administrative grave.
