Ce mardi 31 août, Rony Timothée de la structure Viv Ayiti a formellement déposé une plainte contre l’actuel premier ministre Ariel Henry et l’actuel directeur général de la Police Léon Charles au Parquet de Port-au-Prince dans le cadre de l’assassinat de Jovenel Moïse.
Rony Timothée s’appuie sur les révélations du RNDDH qui laissent croire que le premier ministre Henry et le présumé assassin de Jovenel Moise, Félix Badio, ont l’habitude de se parler au téléphone. RNDDH a également relevé que le défunt président a contacté le chef de la Police pour lui demander de l’aide mais que l’aide n’est pas arrivé avant qu’il soit décédé.
Viv Ayiti a déposé la plainte en compagnie d’un juge de paix pour constat. Bien que cela ne soit nécessaire, les membres de Viv Ayiti redoutent la perte de la plainte et qu’on prétende après que la plainte n’a jamais été déposée.
