Le mercredi 28 juillet 2021, André Michel a participé à une marche organisée à Delmas 32 en mémoire des victimes du massacre qui a eu lieu dans la nuit du 29 au 30 juin 2021. La marche est également survenue exactement 106 ans après l’occupation américaine en Haïti.
André Michel n’a pas seulement rendu hommage aux victimes du massacre de Delmas 32 dont Antoinette Duclair et Diego Charles, il a aussi souligné la responsabilité du défunt Jovenel Moïse dans ce massacre et les autres qui ont précédé.
André Michel, opposant au pouvoir, a profité pour rejeter l’idée selon laquelle Jovenel Moïse était un héros national. “Jovenel était un assassin, un criminel”, a déclaré André Michel.
