Handal, reproch\u00e9 d\u2019avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019assassinat contre le Pr\u00e9sident Mo\u00efse par la justice ha\u00eftienne, n\u2019a pas pu assister et t\u00e9moigner \u00e0 l\u2019audience faute d\u2019interpr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Cependant, son avocat a pu le repr\u00e9senter. Le Minist\u00e8re public turc a expliqu\u00e9 que le comportement reproch\u00e9 \u00e0 Handal est puni par la l\u00e9gislation ha\u00eftienne d&rsquo;une peine caduque, obsol\u00e8te qui est l\u2019assignation aux travaux forc\u00e9s. Il a demand\u00e9 au tribunal de rejeter la demande en cas d\u2019absence de garantie d\u2019inex\u00e9cution d\u2019une telle peine. Le juge a rejet\u00e9 la demande et a indiqu\u00e9 que l\u2019analyse de la demande suivait son cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019avocat de Handal a plaid\u00e9 qu\u2019aucun pays au monde ne commettrait la b\u00eatise d\u2019extrader une personne vers Ha\u00efti avec un syst\u00e8me de justice si d\u00e9prav\u00e9. Aucune d\u00e9cision n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue \u00e0 l\u2019issue de cette audience et le tribunal programme une autre audience pour le 30 mai.
